Can Garcinia Cambogia And Atenolol Be Taken Together?

I have tried everything to lose weight. I am under a great deal of stress at this time. Can I take Garcinia Cambogia while taking 25Mg of Atenolol. I stop drinking sodas for almost a year and still have seen any change in my weight. I just want to feel good again and have more energy. I do exercise lightly. hating my body. Is there an answer out there?

You may take both medicines at different time. As atenolol is an antihypertensive medicine, so losing weight may help control weight.

For losing weight, you should keep watch on diet too. Increase protein diet and decrease fat and carbs in diet. Increase salads and green vegetables in your diet too with continuing exercise daily.

In last would advise you for counselling from professional counselor regarding not liking your body.
