Can Erytop And Flutibact Cream Cure Red Rashes On Face?

Hlo sir...m shambhavi nd my face covered with red rashes or pimples..i used many, creams lyk TBC , scrubs lyk Himalaya , powder lyk Mycoderm bt there z no any improvement now smone suggestd me to apply Erytop and Flutibact and i dnt knw is this useful or not...So plz suggest me z I use Erytop or Flutibact or some othr crm????

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Erytop contains active ingredient Clindamycin Phosphate and Flutibact contains Fluticasone that is a steroid..
I would suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough evaluation can help in diagnosis..
In case if there are pimples he can advise you a combination of antibiotic and anti acnel treatment..
It can include erytop gel along with benzoyl peroxide gel..
Retinoids can also be advised like topical Adapelene gel..
Cool compresses and oral intake of antibiotics and retinoids can be advised..

In case if it is not pimples and is due to rashes the cause of rashes can be ruled out and treatment can include antihistamines, steroids and antibiotics..
