Can Elica Cream Be Used For Brown Patches And Skin Allergies?

I went to beauty salon yesterday for face wax now my skin is burn due to wax ,after that I applied tree tea oil and It getting more worst and now a brown patch appear in my skin, then I used elica cream, Is elica cream good for skin allergies and burn scar? Can u recommend me anything else

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

You have developed skin burn to wax and tea tree oil being an irritant has worsened it.
Topical steroids being antiinflammatory are effective in irritant dermatitis.
The cream that you inquire contains exactly that i.e a mid -potent topical steroid, mometasone furoate and would be effective.
You may use it twice daily for a week or so.
I also suggest an OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily for symptomatic relief from burning and itching.
