Can Effaclar Cure Acne?

hi , am priya from an India. iam suffering about acne past 6 years. now am using effacular face wash. shall i use ban a tan cream at the morning time. bcoz i have already used but past 6 months am not used that cream. along with effacular is may cause any side effects?

As per your complain Effacular face wash is found helpful in resolving acne and preventing outbreaks but you need to take certain other treatments too for resolution of acne..
You should use benzoyl peroxide containing face wash as well as gel to be applied on the pimples.
Apply cindamycin gel over pimples.
Do cold compresses.
Wash your face frequently throughout the day preferably with cool water..
Drink plenty of water and avoid oily food..

If still there is no improvement in one month consult a Dermatologist and he can advise you to take oral antibiotics, multivitamins and retinols..
