Can Duoluton L Be Taken While Trying To Conceive?

Hi.my name is Veda.i am 23 y.o female from delhi.My periods have always been regular but last two 2 months they were irregular and i got periods 4 times in those 2 months (with 15days gap). Doctor gave me duoluton L (21days dose) on the 5th day of the periods (i.e 27th july).today after 3 days my periods have stopped. Me and my husband are planning a child. Can I conceive if i continue taking duoluton L till 16th aug (duoluton 21days dose will complete)? Or shud we not try for conception till the completion of duoluton dose? Kindly suggest. Regards Veda

Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. If you are trying to convince you should stop taking duluton L because it is a contraceptive drug. It is used by your doctor to regulate the problem you had with your period.
