Can Duofilm be taken for the treatment of seborrheic keratosis? HI dr! Need to know if this product DUO FILM based on salicylic acids can be used for inflamed SEBORRHEIC KERAPOSIS? I WAS TOLD BY SOMEONE FROM EUROPE WHO TREATING HIS WARTS FOR A FEW YEARS WITH THIS TYPE WHICH IS BROUGHT DIRECTLY FROM PHARMACY... Could you please answer in a more detailed description if is the right product. I already did one a treatment with a freezing by spray -- not sure about the name of it & didn t work satisfactory. Duofilm is a keratolytic agent and which can be applied over thick skin as it lyses thick skin. It can provide some results in seborrhic keratosis. However complete cure is not possible. It is available over the counter and you can apply it over the affected skin.
