Can Dexamethasone Be Taken On Next Day If Missed One Dose?

my mother is a multiple myeloma patient. doctor adviced her bortizomib, dexamethasone and thalidomide.1-4-8-11. 1+2, 4+5, 8+9, 11+12 dexamethasone. my asking is if dexamethasone missed day 9 then can she take it day 10 and resume the rest as scheduled
