Progesterone containing tablets are used usually in second half of the cycle, that too natural micronised progesterones are preferred to maintain the pregnancy, if implantation occurred. But using Deviry 50mg through out the month is not recommended usually. As continuous use of progesterone through out the month will prevent the ovulation and also per day is high dose. So, what you can do is, with your doctor s advice, please go for ovulation induction from 2nd of the cycle, track your ovulation, go for beta HCG injection when follicle reaches sufficient size, plan unprotected intercourse after 24 to 36 hours of the injection. This will increase the possibility of pregnancy. If your doctor suggests you can go for progesterone supplementation in after ovulation, preferably natural micronised progesterone.
