Can Deviry Be Taken For Prolonged Menstrual Bleeding?

My daughter, 16, has a history of getting periods regularly for some months and then bleeding for more than 20 days. She has mild PCOS. Every time she has been prescribed Deviry 10mg twice a day for 20 days. Can she take it again to stop bleeding which has been going on for almost 3 weeks?

Welcome to the HCM,
Dear I would suggest dont take tab.deviry for every time she gets prolonged menstural bleeding.First you have to treat root cause of the problem.If its PCOS then there must be hormonal disbalance for which loosing weight take crucial part in treatment.Also regular visit to Gynaec is must.Else she may get side effects medicine.
