Can DNA Test Be Altered?

my brother in law has been accused of an affair, mistress is pregnant. she wants dna, hes been dodging having it done...... he did it but he was chewing something and had mouth wash prior to them watching him swab his mouth. the dna came back inconclusive with 3dna in sample!!!!!!

Thanks for writing in.

You must follow proper pre test instructions before doing the test. Inconclusive results do not mean the result is negative. I suggest that he does the test in a laboratory under supervision of lab personnel. This will help in clarifying the matter and remove any doubt from both the ends.
