Can Crocin Syrup With Milk Help In Treating Fever In Infants?

Hi, My kid is 14 months old. She is suffering with fever from two days. Yesterday we saw a doctor and he suggested crocin syrup. But today morning when we gave her the syrup after drinking milk, She puked. Can we mix crocin syrup in milk and feed her? Or else suggest alternate method. Thank you.
