Hello madam,
Welcome to healthcaremagic.
I can certainly understand your concern
I have worked through your query in detail.

It is unlikely that topical treatment with this medication ( compound W) reaching breast milk and affecting baby, so there is nothing to worry as this medication is used on children, so even if it was to get into a mother's milk, it probably is not a risk to a breastfeeding baby.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view
Post your further queries if any.
