Can Combiflam Be Used For Fever In A Child?

My 8 years old son is suffering from fever for last 10 days Earlier given Combiflam for 4 days and undergo for blood report which wax normal Snd detect only viral fever. Again my son is having fever since last night. Shall I continue with Combiflam or go for calpol or again went for reports?

combiflam is safe in child. it is combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen. Paracetamol alone also acts to reduce fever and can be given in child.
Better to give paracetamol. Approximate dose is 5 mg per kg per day.
