General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can take safely a pain killer as combiflam or diclofenac sodium preferably after meals and provided that there is no drug history of sensitivity to a particular agent in the past.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
