Can Clonidine and Metoprolol be taken twice a day?

I have been taking Clonidine & Losartan for 3 weeks. My blood pressure was 210/110 Friday and I went to ER. Had IV Metoprolol, and then Hydrazaline IV. BP went down and was sent home yesterday with Metropolol. Is it safe to take Clonidine .1mg 2x a day; Losartan 100mg 1x a day; and Metoprolol 25mg 2x a day? My blood pressure was 8am 191/88 Pulse and 12 noon 185/84 pulse 73.
