Can Clexane Injection Be Taken Before Taking A Flight?

I have May THurner syndrome so I need to give myself a Clexane injection before my flight tomorrow to Fiji. (4hrs travel time) my doctor has prescribed me 60mgs and said to have it before bed the night before. My flight is at 8:30am. But my question is, if I have it the night before will it be wearing off before my flight? I ve read it only lasts 12hrs? I m worried that I should be taking it closer to flying time? Thins is my first time doing it.

Yes, you are right. Effect of clexane (enoxaparin) is for 12 hours only.
So to achieve maximum anti coagulation effect of clexane, you should take it 2 hrs prior to flight.
So take at 6.30 am in the morning so it will have its maximum effect during your flight journey.
