Can Carbimazole,Propranolol and Zopiclone be taken together?

I have been prescribed Carbimozle 40mg a day and now been described propranolol for sinus tachycardia my heart rate is 117. I have been getting panic attacks and not being able to sleep so he prescribed me with Zopiclone 3.75mg. Will I be safe taking all of these together on a daily basis. I am thyrotoxic i weight 14 stone 5 and have anaemia and low blood sugar. Mellissa

Yes, it is safe to take these together, and when your thyrotoxicity is brought under control, you will no longer need the Propranolol and Zopiclone.
