Can Bisoprorol Fumarate Be Taken Along With Amlodipine?

Yesterday morning 9 a.m. I took one 5 mg amlodipine, then at 3 p.m. I took the second tablet and at 8 p.m. for the third tablet. Each time I took one amlodipine with one 500 mg Mefinal. My question is that can I take one 5 mg bisoprorol fumarate at 3 a.m. this morning ?

Hello
You took last dose of amlodipine 5 mg at 8 PM . The effect of amlopidine remain for 24 hours in normal cases . This is ACE inhibitors .
While you want to take bisoprolol at 3 AM i.e after 7 hours of last dose of amlopidine .
If possible avoid BETA BLOCKERS especially in the presence of marked Left ventricular failure .
So you did,'t mention , why you are taking amlopidine ,so in my opinion AVOID beta blockers i.e bisoprolol.
Good luck.
