Can Biotin, Fish Oil And Vitamin D Supplements Be Used By Breast Feeding Mother?

Hi I am a breastfeeding mother and would like to know is it safe for me and my child if I start taking biotin because my hair and nails are weak and I ve been told that it helps I would also like to know if I got take fish oil, calcium, vitamin d, iron and other types of vitamins because I lack the vitamins?

Biotin and other multivitamin can be safely taken in lactation period since they are not secreted in breast milk.
So you can take all type of vits prescribed by ur doctor safely.
