Can BV Affect Uterus?
Im 20 weeks pregnant and just was diagnosed with BV i havent started my medication until tonight and the past 2 nights ive noticed pain in my lower back, its mostly been in my left side today right under my ribs. could this be the uterus growing, the infection, or a kidney problem?

Hi and welcome to HCM.
Generaly bv dont cause infection or urinary tract,especially not upper. but you need to do basic urine analysis and pelvic ultrasound to rule out something more serious especially considering your pregnancy.it can also be urinary stone or just part of uterus growing due to baby development.
