Can Atenolol Be Taken Few Hours Before The Stress Test?
I am having a heart stress test using medication to stress the heart and it is taking place over 2 days and 2 hrs each time. Can I take antenolol the day of the test as in the morning - test in afternoon. Thank you. Also can I take Shaklee herb lax that contains licorice root as one of the ingredients with the antenolol. Thank you I am a breast cancer survivor taking Armidex hormone blocker daily too.

For a optimal stress test you shouldn't take atenolol for two days before running it.
You can take the alternative medicine no known effects on the results of stress test.
