Can Aspirin Be Taken Daily To Avoid Heart Diseases?
Hi, My family history have for heart diseases, 03 of my elder brother Ischemic , angioplasty stent treatment. I am 43 , 3 weeks before i did Stress test and Scan all are normal. Also no sugar, no blood pressure, blood cholesterol level 150. so what you advise now can i start ascard /aspirin daily? Thanks

I do understand your pain and discomfort
As per your history is concerned please go to root cause of heart disease and keep [diabetic, blood pressure and smoking]under control and there will not be any complication in the future. As you have a family history so you can do an angiogram test to ruled out any blockage present or not. So if everything is good so no need for aspirin at all.
