Can Aspirin And Vitamin D Cause Miscarriage?

Hello I have a BMI of 37 I m 23 years old had an open ectopic pregnancy and right tube removed and a complete miscarriage.I am taking original pregnacare but doctor has prescribed me 75mg asprin and vitamin D but read this ends in miscarriage so I m scared I rather not take my prescription if this is likely to be the case......Please help me.

I understand your concern, and Im sorry to hear about your ectopic pregnancy.
I also agree with your doctor decision to give you Vit D and Aspirin 75 mg. Both are very safe and recommended in your case:
-- Aspirin 75 mg daily lowers the risk of Eklampsia if is started to use early during the pregnancy, according the evidences. That is a very low dose to cause problems, and Eklampsia is a very dangerous disease that is more probable to happen in woman overweight. So that is the reason why your doctor has recommended it.
--Vit D is very safe, and helps to fulfill the needs that the body have for that important vitamine during pregnancy.
I would recommend also for you to take 3-4 doses of dairy foods/day.
