Can Almox And Nflox TZ Be Taken For Sore Throat?

Hi! I have sore throat which is not allowing me to swallow and it is troubling quite a lot. The pharmacist has given me almox 500 and nflox. I had taken azithrol -500mg 3 days and it has not subsided even a little. Should I now take Almox and Nflox? Any other suggestions?

dear user....from your words you have sorethroat and it is caused by viral infection or bacterial infection....in viral infection case you dont need to take any antibiotics..itis of no value..as you should only take analgesics and bed rest and plenty of fluids.......if it was bacterial infection you can take almox as it is effective in this case but nflox has no indication here...my advise not to take antibiots except after 5 days..as it is most viral and will subside with in 4-5 days from the begining, analgesic , and plenty fluids, bed rest and you will be okay ......wish you healthy life ...thanks for contacting us
