Can Allegra Be Taken In Place Of Avil?

Can allegra be taken after having taken avil ? There is a swelling on the lip , and I have been taking Allegra 180 . That tablet works . But in the last two days I have missed out on Allegra and I took avil tonight , in an hours time the swelling has appeared

it can be taken since both are antihistaminic. but better to consult treating doctor.take care about the dose of allegra. it appears to be correct dose so need not worry.
