Calf Injury, Painful, Cannot Apply Pressure To Leg. What Is Wrong?

Hi i got kicked in the calf and it feels really tense and tight even though it only happened today. I almost cried and it hasnt decreased in pain at all. When i move my foot up and down the pain is really bad and i cant apply pressure to the right hand side or the back of leg, whats the matter with it and is it serious?

Hello, you injured your calf muscle that is why there is pain on ankle movement. You need to take rest , apply ice few times and apply compression dressing along with some analgesic. If issue does not resolve by 5 days see a doctor. Thank you
