hello akhil,
chronic renal failure is one of the complications of uncontrolled high blood pressure and the complaints can be compounded if your father also has diabetes mellitus which is not clear from your history. the decision to go ahead with renal dialysis is primarily based on his serum creatinine and BUN levels which help us to measure his renal functionality ( GFR). if the creatinine and BUN levels are high then there is a high risk of he developing ureamia and further complicate his neurological deficit. Homeopathy views the condition on basis of individuality as well as the stage of disease and the condition of the patient. it definitely has the scope however a careful evaluation from time to time is needed to avoid the unnecessary complications. the decision should primarily based on his creatinine as well as BUN levels and also the general status of your father. hope this has to some extent answered your query if you have any further doubts you can definately ask .

hoping for speedy recovery of your father
