CAT Scan Done Due To Injury. Anything To Worry?

I went in to the er today because of an injury that occurred during a fight I was in.....because of injury doctor ordered a cat scan and the cat scan results read large megacisterna magna with possible associated arachnoid cyst but no evidence of acute abnormality. And the location on cyst within posterior fossa ..should I be worried with life threatening issues or what steps should I take after this find

Although there is no impending danger of this cyst which is an incidental finding I would suggest to get an opinion from a neurosurgeon as early as possible.This might still be of a benign nature and is harmless as long as it does not grow in its size.I hope I have answered your question.Take care.
