C-section, Tubal Ligation, Bleeding Between Periods, Reddish Pink Discharge. Treatment?

I had my Caesarian and tubal ligation last April 3 2012.I had my regular period last aug 26,2012, before tha I m having brown pink red discharge and smelly , after having my period end of aug I thought it will be gone,now I have it again after urinating when I wipe tissue .doc is it normal? I am afraid that there is complication. Waiting for your reply thank you

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. You had cs in april and uptill now you have no symptoms. Now you are having brounish discharge intermitent bleeding, it suggests that there is UTI which is a commen occurance and can be treated. I advise you to consult a gynaecologist for diagnosis and treatment. anaemia also can cause irregular periods and infection.
Besides i advise you to follow some diet recomendations as Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk, egg, meat, fruits and juices to have a good blood picture and to have resistance to fight infections. Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling.
