Butt Hole Has A Bump. Is It A Bite? Cause?

Today, while i was wiping i realized a small bump almost like a bug bite size below my butt hole, also weeks before i have notice itching and maybe some bleeding if i wiped to hard in that same area. I am thinking its an external hemorrhoid but just trying to find out. I was also lifting weights yesterday, i was bench pressing, and this might have caused it as well I m not sure.

If its painless its suggestive of hemorrhoid.If left untreated this might result in bleeding/blood loss, infection and lead to mucus discharge etc.Suggest to get it evaluated from surgeon for further management.Hope I have answered your question.Take care.
