Hello Mr. Ajay. First of all I tell you to not to be too much worried about the problem you are telling about. This all are symptoms of dyspepsia / Acid peptic disorder or commonly as you say ACIDITY. This is very common among we Indians. Even I also suffer from it sometimes. There are many reasons for this like ulcers in stomach or duodenum, tumour, obstruction to the passage of food etc. As you have done all the tests and all are normal, so you should not worry about all these diseases. Next are other reasons like lifestyle, food habit, timings, amount of food, frequency of food intake, quality of food like spicy and oily food etc. One most important factor is mental stress and anxiety, which exaggerates the problem. So you should avoid stressful conditions, keep yourself busy with relaxed mind. make your eating times and eating habits regular. Eat small quantity and eat in multiple times. Dont eat too much at once and dont keep hungry for long time. Make your sleeping habit regular and enough. Avoid the spicy and oily food and those you think cause you the problems. You can take some antacid tablets for few days in consultation with some gastroenterologist. Try all these measures and I am sure you will be benefited. All the best. take care.
