Burnt Lips And Pain In Vagina. Is It An Allergy? Diagnosis?

Hi there, my four year old seems to get burnt lips and uncomfortable pain in her vaginal area when she has eaten apples, grapes and/or oranges. I have taken her to the doctor several times and tested for yeast or other infections. Last time was nearing midnight when she was screaming in pain. I asked if she might have thrush or an allergy and he looked at me like I d lost the plot. She seems to also have a big issue with additives and colouring in food. Major tantrums after eating something as simple as a flavoured yogurt. Want to help my little girl became happier. Any suggestions about where I might start to diagnose a potential issue?
