About three weeks ago I had a real bad case of laryngitis, my whole neck left and right hurt to just turn it. since then I found a lump about the size of a half dollar on my right supraclavicular lymph node. The pain in very intense and it hurts into my shoulder and right arm, side and back of neck in very painful as well. The pain is burning at times, throbbing and streaks out into my chest, shoulder and arm it is evey painful to take off and put on a shirt. when to the doctor he said it is a strain. That was about a week ago, went to urgent care last night, the doctor tried to drain it, but nothing, he gave me antibotics and predisone and said to folow up if it does not get better. It is still very painful. Is this a form of cancer I am scared half out of my mind.....
