I go through Ur query.
-U have given incomplete details like duration of symptoms. It is probably Gastric Acidity problem.
Take antacids from Medical store.
- U have Blood in stool with ??? duration.
So consult doctor if blood loss is more. Otherwise take Oral Iron therapy for 1 month.
- Avoid Spicy Food & More Sour food
- Avoid Irregular habit of eating
- Avoid Junk Oily foods frequently
- Eat Spinach & green leafy vegetables in regularly.
- Take One tablet of Albendazole as Wormicidal agent
