Burning Soles, Fat Pad Atrophy, Plantar Fasciitis, Positive Tarsal Tunnel, Low Protein Level. Reason For Pain?

Can low blood protein (6.2g/dl) have anything to do with the excruciating pain I am having in both of my feet? My doctors seems puzzled. I have fat pad atrophy, plantar fasciitis, and pez cavus (?) arches, but I am now experiencing severe burning on the soles of my feet almost all the time. The burning is a new symptom. I had two EMG's - one positive for tarsal tunnel, and one negative. The doctors suspect there is more going on. I can only stand for a minute or so and can only walk for a few minutes. Yesterday's blood test results only show low protein.

Hi, it appears that you have arthritis, or neuritis, could be diabetic, hypertensive, or with malnutrition etc.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections, antiinflamatories, and antibiotic for relief of pain and burning. Thank you.
