Burning sensation on top of right foot, swelling on walking, standing for long, pain in hip and pelvic bone. Back surgery done. Causes and treatment?

Hi I have burning in the top of my right foot and also that leg seems larger than my left leg. After walking a good distance or standing for a legs burn and ache and even my hip bone and pelvic bone pain me. I had a back operation in 1994 and the scar tissue was wrapped around my main nerve cord could that be causing all this now?
