IT IS POSSIBLY DUE TO SOME UNDERLYING INFECTION EITHER IN THE VAGINA OR IN THE URINE.
VAGINAL INFECTION PRESENT WITH FOUL SMELLING VAGINAL DISCHARGE, ITCHING, REDNESS, SORENESS AND PAINFUL INTERCOURSE. YOU NEED TO VISIT A GYNECOLOGIST FOR AN INTERNAL EXAMINATION AND TREATMENT OF THE SAME.
URINARY INFECTION CAN ALSO LEAD TO INFLAMMATION, REDNESS OF THE PERINEUM WITH BURNING IN URINE AND INCREASED FREQUENCY. TO RULE OUT THIS YOU NEED TO GET URINE MICROSCOPIC AND CULTURE TESTS DONE.
MEANWHILE TAKE PLENTY OF FLUIDS. AVOID USE OF IRRITANTS LIKE SOAP OR SHAVING CREAMS ON THE AFFECTED AREA.
KEEP THE AREA CLEAN AND DRY. USE ONLY PLAIN WATER TO WASH THE AREA AFTER USE OF TOILET.
USE OF LOOSE UNDERGARMENTS AND CHANGING THEM FREQUENTLY IS A MUST.
I HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUERY.
TAKE CARE.
