Welcome to HCM.
You have to go for regular follow up for diabetes.
Weight loss is due to untreated diabetes.
Continue your current medicines.
Burning might be due to high sugar level.Otherwise you have to rule out cardiac involvement by ECG,ECHO under guidance of your doctor.
Therapeutic dose of b12,folic acid, minerals and other vitamins supplements will be helpful.Intra muscular injections of b12,folic acid is advisable.
Also go for HbA1c,cbc,s.creatinine,urine,lipid profile.,S.b12,calcium,d3 to rule out any associated condition.
