hi there, your urine doen't show any infection but you havn't mentioned whether there are any RBCs in urine. For symtomatic relief you could try taking syrup citralka 2tbsp in a glass of water or you could drink some lime juice mixed in water. If there are blood cells in urine then you will need to be investigated for any stone or growth in your bladder. An ultrsound cn be done to rule out the same. Hope these simple measures help. Take care.

Psychiatrist Dr. Srikanth Reddy's  Response
Hello,
Burning pain in bladder area mostly suggests some kind of infection and hence even if the tests are negative, it would be wise to finish a course of antibiotics. Another common reason that could be misled is a ureteric calculi and this can be identified by a USG examination of abdomen. If this doesnt help, may be a diagnostic cystoscopy will be useful.
Hope I am able to solve your concerns. Thanks for posting your query in HCM.
Hope you get well soon.
