OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
According to your description the possibilities are:
-Vaginal infection
-Urinary tract infection
So let her consult gynecologist once and get examined.
By physical examination the possibility of the infection can be ruled out.
She needs one urine microscopy examination to rule out the possibility of urinary tract infection.
By these the exact cause of the problem can be identified and treated.
Take care.
