Burning Sensation Around My Adams, Chest Pain, Bowel Movement Problem. What Can Cause This?

hey, I have had a burning sensation around my adams apple, followed with short yet pain full strikes in my chest that last about 1 min. during this time i feel like i can not move because that would make the pain stronger in my lungs. I have had theses symptoms for 2-3 weeks. my bowel movement isn t good nether. I am 16. Thanks,

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
This may be due to throat infection or most probably due to GERD. Have adequate regular sleep with head end raised, plenty of fluids, nutritious fibre diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing. Have a walk for 10 min before sleep. Can take tab pantoprazole with domperidone for acid reflux and do salt water gargle. If infection then need to take antibiotic with anti inflammatory drug. Hope I answered your question.
