Burning sensation and bruising on the ear lobe. Have moving knot. What could it be?
My ear lobe is bruised and has a burning sensation. When I rub it, it feels like a knot in that spot. I took my earrings out, thinking they were causing this. But the earrings were 24k gold and I dont have any metal allergies. I also thought it may be a pimple , but the knot moves as it would in a neck or shoulder . What could this be?

Welcome To HCM , Lump At Point Of Piercing Is Ok But If It Is Hot Red, Painfull, Itching. Having Wound. In Your Case Remove Ring For Some Time. Apply Betadine Cream And Take Antibiotic. Don't Press Or Try To Move The Lump. When It Get Healed Wear Ring And If It Swells Again Re apply The Same Procedure. If Any Question Ask Me Here. Take Care.
