Burning Pain In Chest-achy Arms And Lower Leg.

had a uti last week-symptoms got worse-went to er with sharp pain in right side into back-told it was a muscle spasm . symptoms contimued-yesterday burning pain in chest-achy arms and lower leg. nthis morning chest pain with a low body temp, achy leg but no pain in arm. no fever ,nodiarhea, no blood or pus. what could this be?could it be gallbladder as pain is on right side mostly ?

Was any scan done? was urine re-tested? get a repeat test and culture sensitivity of urine to see wht medicines suits to treat the infection. For the pain management you will need antispasmodics.
