Burning, Itching Inside Lips Due To Masturbation. Do You Think It's Thrush?

I think I have thrush. I'm 18 and sexually active although I have never had unprotected sex. A couple days ago I was masturbating in the bath using the faucet. Well the next day I started to get a burning & itchy feeling just inside the lips. I don't want to go see my gp cause I can't afford it. Do you think it's thrush? I have never had it before. If it is what kind of over the counter treatment can I buy?

Although this forum has its own limitations, due to the fact that I do not know where you reside i.e. in which country to let you know what your resources are, I believe that I cannot tell you what to do in terms of treatment or give you prescriptions online.
