Burning After Applying Tea Tree Oil On Pimple. How To Get Rid Of Redness?
Please help I used some tea tree oil on a bad pimple on my neck and it started to burn but not to bad so I left it on...then it stared to burn really had so I ram to the bathroom to find a huge red area where ever the oil touched I put appear vera on it whitch stopped the burning but how do I get rid of the redness fast

Hi,
Application of concentrated tea tree oil might have caused an irritant reaction. Basically aromatic oils are mixed in a very small quantity in carrier oils and then used. Use a steroid based cream like mometasone twice in a day wherever you are having redness and burning. It might take a week for redness to go and a little bit of pigmentation might persist over the area of application temporarily. Take care.
