Burning Pain In Shoulder Blade Area Neck

Burning Pain in Shoulder Blade area & Neck. Pain in Upper Arms, And Back. Ok, First I thought it might be the way I slept, but I am unsure now. I thought it was just tight musels and maybe a rib head was out. But, my husband checked he says I do not have a rib head out granted it still feels like that or now as I type I think it may be my shoulder blades out of alignment? Well, first off here it is.. I am in pain, I tend to sleep on an old couch which the cushions are sinking in and alot of pillows, on my side. Well, I first remember me being in pain when I walked home harying a paper bag of some stuff, it was not too heavy. But still, I did not walk that sar but a few blocks. I then either that night no I think it may been the next day was hurting abut in my upper arms and my back I beleive. But still, I now am in alot of pain, It seems as is my neck is on fire, not extream fire but still fire all the same. It has me worried my back seems to have the same fire feeling. I thought it was just a tight mustle seening my husband told me that the left side of my neck the side that is the side of the neck which hurts burns the right side hurts but not burns. I am bit worried about this. I do not know what is going on nor how serouis this is, I do not have a vehicle to go to the Dr. -- The Left side is the side which seems burning. What should I do? What is going on with me? Sorry I have a hard time explaining what is happening, I do know I do have alot of tight mustles. My husband told me, there is abit of swolen too the left side of my neck I know is I do not know about my back. The front of my neck feels like it may be too even under my chin feels like it may be too. I thought it could be swollen because I tried to messauge it, also tried using a heating pad that is getting on in it's age and even tried using a cold bottle of water on my neck, I realized when messauging it that I should not be doing it with how tight it was. That was why I tried the others, thought it could be swollen when using the heating pad that was why I tried the cold bottle. I am at a loss and want an Idea of what is going on. Sorry, I have a hard time explaining what is going on and I like to cover all of my bases. I am also worried that messauging it may have made it swell granted I nor my husband was even looking for swelling when we tried messauging it. Any Ideas of what could be going on with me Relosia
