Bumps With White Heads Turning Red Marks On The Nipple Spreading Over Chest, Back, No Fever, Has Taken Chicken Pox Vaccination

I have a little boy where yesterday he had just a few red marks around his niple and now it is all over his chest and back. I do see a few now on his leg, arm , and neck . In the earlier stages, it tends to have a white head then it turns to a red rash mark. It does not look like blisters, no fever, and conitnues to eat normal. I noticed tonight that my other little boy is starting to have the same symptoms. Both my boys have had at least one vaccination for chicken pox . I am curious what could this be? Thank you!

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query. Unfortunately you have not mentioned the ages of both of your boys and the duration of these rashes. Neither you have mentioned the size of the rash. Under these circumstances I suggest that you either show them to your pediatrician or a dermatologist (skin specialist) who would assess the rash and make a diagnosis. We would also like to have a pictogram of the rash before we are able to guide you for the reason of the rash.

Wishing you the best.

Hi...
Thank you for choosing HCM...
Your information is inadequate..
Is the lesion filled with clear fluid?
What's the size lesion?is it pinhead size or 3-4mm size?
Is it associated with itching?
Is it associated with fever?
Both chicken pox and measles has same pattern of distribution i.e., appears first in trunk, back, spreads to face, at last to extremities and associated with fever..chicken pox will develop into vesicles filled with clear fluid and later becomes a scab and falls off..Measles will be with watering of eyes, conjunctival injection, viral infection like features..
Chicken pox vaccine is polysaccharide vaccine, hence it wont give complete protection..
Scabies will also spread among children rapidly..But it'll be associated with itching..
Kindly visit a paediatrician for examination of rashes..
