Bumps On Upper Thighs, Bottom Area That Are Painful, Fluid And Blood Filled. What Could It Be?

Hi, i have big bumps on my upper inner thighs and bottom area.they can be painful, and also a white fluid/and blood comes out if i squeeze it. Its quite discusting i know, but what is it? and how do i get rid of it? Also, after they go (others always come again) they leave very dark black marks on the thighs, how can i get rid of these marks? thanks

This can be folliculitis,

It is a bacterial infection.

You need treatment with oral as well as topical antibiotics,

Treatment based on culture and sensitivity of organism will be best.
