Bumps On Tragus, Back Of Head. No Pain. Concerning?

Hello! I have a bump on my tragus. It is not pierced, I haven't bumped it, and there is no pain. I've had this a long time. There's also a tiny lump inside I can feel next to it. I formed a lump on the back of my head as well, the shape of a dime, also no pain and I've never bumped it. I know I should make an appointment, but I am scared. Btw, I am a 30 year old female if that's needed info. Thank you so very much!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Please dont worry.
It does not appear to be a serious problem.

The lump on the back of head can be a dermoid cyst.
Those on tragus can have varying causes including fibrous tumors or cartilage over growth.
A photograph would have helped in diagnosing better.

please meet a dermatologist and discuss regarding these.
Let me know if you have any other doubt.
Thank you
