Bumps on my vagina, i am 21. What it could be ?

i have skin color little bumps on one side of my vagina lip and there not itching or painful what do you think it is hello im a 21 year old girl and i have skin colored little bumps in my vagina that arent itching or painful what do you think they are?

thanks for trusting healthcare magic.From what you have mentioned, if its over the vaginal lip, probably its a bartholins cyst, due to blockage of the gland.Else they could be warts or even other type of cyts.I would suggest you better check with a gynaec, because as long as one doesnt see, very difficult to say what exactly it could be. Better not delay.
